Training Courses in Human Resource Skills

I am a recently retired Probation Officer/Manager. I and my colleague James Sandham are currently building a portfolio of customers with whom we intend to work with on a free-lance basis and would like to include you amongst them.

I have been a Probation Officer and Manager for 30 years. I have been a Training Manager with West Midlands Probation for over 5 years, have trained Probation Services all over the UK and also in Romania, Czech Republic (3 times) Turkey (twice), Bulgaria and more recently Jamaica ( 3 times).

I was employed as a Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University from 2005 – 7 and am conversant with most of the recent training materials that are currently used by the National Offender Management Service
